Where are your products manufactured?

Handcrafted locally in Jamestown, CA, our pieces are a true labor of love - from our hands to your home.

Are all of your pieces handmade?

Yes! Each piece is crafted with a blend of traditional hand tools, modern power tools, and plenty of good old-fashioned elbow grease.

Do you accept custom orders or personalization?

Yes, we welcome custom orders and special requests! You will find a few examples in our "Handcrafted Just For You" collection. While we don't currently offer engraving or other personalization, we'd love to work with you to create something uniquely yours.

Is there an additional cost for custom work?

We're happy to create custom pieces, including items inspired by photos of past work. Pricing for custom orders is determined by the details of your piece, the materials selected, and the estimated time required to complete it. Once we've discussed these details, we'll provide you with a quote before moving forward.

How long does a custom order take?

The time required to complete a custom order depends on how quickly we can obtain the materials, the complexity of your piece, and the number of other custom orders currently in process. We'll provide you with an estimated timeline once the details are confirmed, and we always do our best to complete your piece as promptly as possible without ever compromising craftsmanship.

How should I care for and maintain my wooden piece?

We generally include care instructions with each piece, especially those finished with food-safe oils, butter or wax. To help your wooden items last for years to come, please remember: never submerge it in water, clean it with a soft cloth and warm water promptly after use, avoid placing items that could stain the surface, and keep it conditioned regularly.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

When you order from our "Handcrafted & Available" collection, your piece will look just like the photos shown. If you're ordering a custom-made piece inspired by photos of our past work, your item will be similar but never identical. Each handcrafted piece is unique, with natural variations in the wood, design flexibility, and details that make it truly one of a kind.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

In some cases, we can accommodate changes, though it depends on the nature of the request and isn't always guaranteed. We will do our best. Contact us using the "Contact Us" page/link near the end of our website.

What is the return policy?

We want you to love your handcrafted piece. Returns are accepted on "Handcrafted & Available" items within 14 days of delivery (buyer is responsible for return shipping and item must be in original condition). Because items "Handcrafted Just For You" are custom, they are final sale and cannot be returned.

Do you ship nationwide / internationally?

We're happy to ship our handcrafted pieces anywhere in the United States. At this time, we don't offer international shipping.

When will I get my order?

We do our best to ship orders quickly so they're on their way to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Please note that delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping or delivery method.
