Turned on a lathe, this handcrafted wood vase is made from beautiful Purpleheart. The form is graceful and balanced, with a gently flared lip, a slender neck, and a rounded, full-bodied base. The surface is smooth with a finish that highlights the subtle wood grain of this wood. Its size works well as a bud vase for a few fresh stems, dried flowers, or simply as a sculptural accent piece on a shelf or tabletop. a glass test tube is included to allow for fresh flowers.
This vase is 7.25" tall, approximately 4" diameter at largest point and 2" at smallest. Actual color is more purple than red.
